This blog is a collection of all my ideas and articles I think can improve the IT service to the business. I believe passionately in ITIL but also Service Management is bigger and encompasses more than just ITIL. So I hope in the coming months this blog can turn into a repository for everything which can be used to make IT better and more user friendly to the business.
